Pickup for this auction is Friday April 24th from 2PM-6PM, Saturday April 25th 10am-4pm and Sunday April 26th 10am-4pm by appointment only. Appointments can be booked by viewing your invoice in my account. Appointment booking will open at 10pm, after the auction closes on Thursday April 23rd. Pick up times are not able to be extended for any reason. Shipping is not available for our auctions.
403Auction staff is not permitted to assist with loading. Items will be brought to the shipping door and customers are responsible for removal from that point. Please bring any help that you will need.
Shipping is not available due to tight auction timelines.
There will be no exceptions to this policy. This includes any requests or arrangements involving the retrieval, packing, or shipping of items. Examples include, but are not limited to, providing a prepaid shipping label, asking us to pack and ship items on your behalf (even at your expense), or any other method intended to have items delivered.
You must be a local Ontario resident to bid without a deposit.
Out-of-province customers and those located several hours away may still be eligible to participate by submitting an Interac e-transfer (available through Canadian banks) or by leaving an in-person cash deposit in accordance with our terms and conditions. 403 Auction staff will bring your items to the loading door; however, all subsequent loading is the buyer’s responsibility. You must provide your own labor for heavy lifting, as well as any necessary equipment and packing materials, such as dollies, bubble wrap, or moving blankets. While forklift assistance is available for palletized items, it is strictly limited to suitable transport, such as pickup trucks, flatbeds, or straight trucks. 403 Auction reserves the right to decline forklift use at its discretion, including cases involving unsafe vehicles or items that exceed a vehicle’s capacity. Buyer's are responsible for securing all items, we accept no liability for the safe transport of items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
