Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility • This contest is open to individuals who create an account on this website (bid.403auction.com) with Principal Liquidators Inc. before September 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). • To be eligible, the account must: Be in good standing (no outstanding balances), have a verified phone number and have a verified email address. • Customers residing outside of Principal Liquidators Inc.’s service area are not eligible. • Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Principal Liquidators Inc. are not eligible to participate. 2. Entry • Eligible accounts will be automatically entered into the contest. • No purchase is necessary. • Only one entry per account will be considered. 3. Contest Period • The eligibility period ends on September 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). • The winner will be drawn on September 15, 2025. 4. Winner Selection • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. • The draw will take place on September 15, 2025, at Principal Liquidators Inc.’s offices or virtually. • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. 5. Notification of Winner • The winner will be contacted via the email and/or phone number associated with their account within 5 business days of the draw. • If the winner does not respond within 7 business days, another winner may be selected. 6. Prize • The prize is a $100 auction credit with Principal Liquidators Inc. • The auction credit has no expiry. • The credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be redeemed in auctions hosted by Principal Liquidators Inc. 7. Publicity • By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the public release of their first name, last initial, and city of residence for promotional purposes by Principal Liquidators Inc. • No additional personal details will be shared without the winner’s explicit consent. 8. General Conditions • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Principal Liquidators Inc., which are final. • Principal Liquidators Inc. reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or attempt to tamper with the contest. • Principal Liquidators Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of technical failures, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control. 9.
